She Is a Great Support System

Hannah didn’t think she was able to have children. She had been trying to get pregnant when she finally got a positive test. Then she got worried.

As a first-time mom, she became nervous. She was new to her city and didn’t have family or any other support system to help her out or provide any guidance. When she visited her local pregnancy center to confirm her pregnancy, the ultrasound tech told her about One by One.

One by One matched Hannah with Lauren shortly after Hannah confirmed her pregnancy. Hannah says, “I didn’t really know what OBO was, and I was a little hesitant because I didn’t really understand everything OBO could offer. But Lauren has been so kind and a huge help! She really is a great support system. She answers any question I have – and there are a lot! I didn’t really have a mother figure in my life, and Lauren has been like a big sister to me. She helps me learn to do things I had no idea about.”

Hannah has had her son, and he is doing great. “He’s just beautiful and has grown so much in just a month!” She says she can’t wait until he can talk to hear how he sounds. She is grateful for all Lauren and One by One have done for her. “Everyone says being a mom comes easy and it does – I was so nervous at first but it’s all good now.”
