LPN Achieved
Liz requested a One by One mentor to help her bond with her daughters. She said, “I was born in Russia, and I grew up in orphanages my whole life until I was 12 years old. I never really had that closeness, that bond with anybody, so I feel very distant from people.”
One by One matched Patti with Liz two weeks after Liz gave birth to her fourth daughter. During the year they worked together, Liz blossomed as a mom and earned her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate. Patti and Liz developed a special bond and continue to stay in touch.
We’re thrilled to share that Liz graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technologies’ Jackson Regional Practical Nursing Program in December 2021. In January, Liz passed her state boards for her LPN. Although she is working full-time, she is pursuing a RN degree part-time while also being mom to her daughters. Congratulations to Liz!
